Establishing Records Management Policies and Procedures

Consistency is the key to an effective records management program.  Staff need clear guidance regarding

  • what records to keep and for how long,
  • how to name and organize their files,
  • where to store records, and
  • who is responsible for each records management task.

Policies and procedures establish and provide access to rules and processes specific to your records management program.  This webinar will explain how to create records management policies and procedures and provide suggestions on how to implement them.
